It's working perfectly here, so, some details are needed:
- What OS? What firmware version? What calibre version? Yes, you said latest, but if someone does a search and finds this in a few weeks, latest will be something else.
- Does calibre see the device and display the books in the device list?
- Can you see the books via the OS tools? ie. Windows Explorer or Finder or whatever you use.
- Can you delete a book using the OS tools?
- Can you send a book to the device successfully?
- Can you delete a book using the devices UI?
- Were any error messages displayed at any time?
The answer to one of the above, might trigger the solution. If not, a debug log should help. To produce this:
- Start calibre
- Right click on the preferences button and select "Restart in debug mode"
- Calibre will close, restart and display a message about a log
- Connect the device and wait for calibre to finish processing
- Try to delete a book.
- When that finishes, close calibre,
The debug log will then be displayed. Please post the complete log either as an attachment or wrapped in "spoiler" tags. I should be able to see what is happening from the log.
