Schedules

I've carefully been watching the details for my last few orders.
I found the system from Amazon about delivery schedules seriously flawed.
When checking out my shopping basket, I often find absurd schedules.
For example, when filling the shopping basket on Friday 11pm, the checkout states "delivery on Saturday".
My simple explanation: They don't consider actual times, but simply calculate calendar days. If I order on Friday 11am, of course I can get it Saturday morning. But if I order on Friday 11pm, no way they can make it. But their system simply seems to assume: "Order on Friday = shipment on Saturday" (in Germany, PRIME means 1 day). Seems like an unbelievable oversight, but it really seems to be that simple.
Personally, I've stopped bothering about their schedules in the shopping basket. I make my own schedule and that's relatively (>90%) precise then.
