I also got the update notice, which I haven't installed yet. But here is what it was trying to download:

* Many system .apk files now include optimized .odex counterparts.
* A user on GitHub suggests this update disables OpenSSL Heartbeats.
* It's still Android Jellybean 4.1.1. It's NOT KitKat or JB 4.2.
* It seems to be "safe" to update rooted devices, install Arctic.apk/SuperSU again

I think you can just copy this into /sdcard as "update.zip" and reboot, although you may need to wipe the user data partition and cache if you go backwards.
