Just FYI, I downloaded the ePub version, but can't get ADE to open it. Since it's direct from Samhain, it is DRM free so I'm not sure what is going on. I added it to Calibre with no issues.
EPUB opened fine for me (calibre viewer). The mobi download, though, is corrupted.
