lol, return rate under 0.1%, man your lying ability is worse than I thought. Only one return? please Booxstor, have you even been reading the forum? Do you know how many people have issue with the T68?
Your reputation is already is shatters, people already know that you sell defective products and your have a shitty return policy that designed to protect your own wallet rather than helping out customers.
Remember the M92 you sold me two years ago, it had the battery issue remember? Yeah, instead of pay for the shipping and take the product back and fix it for me like a man, you send a battery pack and ask me to open the the reader and replace it myself, which then voided my warranty.
Share the shipping cost?

"Since you are from abroad of EU, shipping costs and payment fees will not be refunded."
It is clearly stated in your return policy that ship cost will not be refunded, and that I need to ship cost again to send it back to you, even though it was never my fault but yours because you sold me a defective product.
Waldemar first promised me that he would figure a solution for me in a few days on the 30th of August, then he said the wifi issue would be fixed in the next update. Still waiting.
Yes, the your T68 is shi77y, so is your return policy.
Can you please explain to me, why do customers have to pay for something that is clearly your fault? You sent out a faulty product to me, is it my fault? Instead of apologising and immediately try to fix the issue, the first they you want is to minimise your financial loss in the matter.
Oh, by the way, the plastic on the side is already bending, and I hardly ever used it since I bought it (you know, the wifi and lag issues).
Oh, by the way I first notified you about the issue on the 16th of August, just a day or two after receiving your product. Your customer service promised me the solution he offered would have fixed the issue. But it did not, therefore I did report to you within the 7 days (!@$4ing ridiculously short).
Please refund my money or send me a working T68.
