Hello world!

Hi everybody, so nice to meet you all!

I'm an old bookworm (remember Spitzweg?) who worships all kind of books - with a few exceptions, obviously.
In the course of a long life I've piled up several thousands books I've never had the guts to dispose of, and as a result they are now setting metastases everywhere - in the bathroom, in the kitchen, under the beds, on the balcony, in my office, in the cellar... well, such is life

Then in the last years I run into a new kind of God, an E-god actually, something way more practical, compact and handy, and yet somewhat less appealing than the old moldy tomes that keep collecting dust on my bookshelves. But who cares? I allowed (even welcomed) the computer to replace my ancient typewriter, the DVD to replace my vintage vinyl player, a bright young man to replace the baby my wife presented me with some decades ago... why the heck shouldn't I give an opportunity to the Ebook as well?
