I've had some good luck getting back Files, I've accidentally deleted off CF Cards as well as recovering files from Hard drives.

well i'm not glad i had that problem (although it was resolved quickly and easily, so i won't complain too much) but this thread is rapidly becoming a fount of good info, so maybe it was worth it.
