Conclusion of your story:

you have reported problem with wifi of your T68 less than a week ago ( wifi disconnecting itself, even with setting "never turn off wifi"). Everything else on your T68 seemed to be working just fine.

I agree, It could be indeed annoying issue in some situations, but since the wifi connection is possible, the hardware must be ok.

This issue is rather very rare, since from of more than two thousand sold devices from our batch we got only one reported issue like yours. To be able to help you we need a little bit time and your cooperation (e.g. to be able to see some logs of your device and analyse them).

If this is a problem of the software/installation - we could solve it quite soon - what we usually do with our customers. Alternatively I also offered replacement of your device and to share shipping costs.

This was written after you had this device more than two weeks in use.

Now you are threatening to demolish my reputation on mobileread forum in case we refuse to accept your return and repay all your costs? It is wrong strategy to achieve proper goals. Tenor of your message and clamour on exceptional service are not acceptable and offensive. I am sorry. It does not sound like fair.

If you did not like the device at the first glance, you could return it much earlier. But now it is just beyond of allowed withdraw period. There are some terms and conditions of use in our store, which you have accepted.

Regarding device itself - we receive a lot of positive reports about T68 and M96 from our customers. Problems are mostly posted here. The return rate currently is under 0,1% . So you cannot call our products like "shitty". I agree, there are some issues with the software and some space for improvements (rather teething problems), but we working overtime just to deliver solutions asap.
