The issue I had with the PM I received was that it did not state that s/he was unable to see what I saw but rather that I could not have seen what I was claiming to have seen. Evidently I am now a lackey of Kobo's Minitrue. No mention whether a paid lackey though...

<insert deity of your choice> knows that we've often enough seen issues with web pages not displaying the same information depending on location and how well edge servers such as Akamai are updating their cached information.
