@rmoorhou - The version of Marvin that supported iOS 5 was discontinued last November. If you had downloaded it before then, you should still find it in the purchased section of the App Store app on your device. Otherwise, it's unavailable for new users.
(note that while I still support that version in terms of helping people out, it's not receiving any new updates or new features)
