I also had a result today. Hubby took my Kobo Sleepcover into WHSmith and the manager replaced it today

The 'duty manager' yesterday was the one not interested, but hubby went back today armed with the EH directive number that says all costumer goods have a 2 year Warrenty and details of the SAD FART rules, I.e The item must be of Satisfactory quality, As Described, Fit for purpose, And last a Reasonable length of Time.

I just thought 9 months for a £25 (rrp £35) cover was crap.
