Edit for clarity: The plugin won't remove Kobo's DRM, but if you use it on a de-DRMed KEPUB, it'll remove the remaining traces of that DRM. (Kind of like how ADEPT leaves that annoying META tag behind, which Modify EPUB can also remove.)
