But I've made the test, just out of curiosity.
There's a very slight jitter, the slower I draw. But it's far from being as jittery as the example pics you linked to.
My simple explanation would be: When I draw that slow, my hand isn't perfectly still anymore.
To be more accurate, I've just used my cover as a ruler. Drawing very slowly (about 1cm per second) along the edge of the cover. My hand should be relatively still then, pressing against the edge of the cover.
