1. Yes. Go to the Aa menu, choose the "Page" tab and choose two column.
2. Do you mean in the library or the home screen?
3. That's totally optional and allows you to change the colour scheme of the app. It requires an in-app purchase to do. When tapping a locked colour you should see a store page. Are you getting nothing?
4. Only one copy of the book exists. What you're doing is switching between different "book shelves". You can create your own shelves (they're called collections in Marvin).
