Free (iTunes CA) Mastering Operational Risk [Business Management Self-Help]

Mastering Operational Risk: A practical guide to understanding operational risk and how to manage it by Tony Blunden & John Thirlwell provides business management advice on exactly what it says in the title, free courtesy of publisher FT Press, who used to give us freebies like clockwork every week, but alas, no longer.

But they've hidden a couple on iTunes, apparently, and this is getting bumped up the posting queue since the other one had expired when I went to check on it.

Currently free @ iTunes (available to Canadians only, apparently; I checked US & UK as well as I could and it seemed to be full price there, though it may also be free in other countries)

Description
A practical guide, from the basic techniques, through to advanced applications, showing you what operational risk is, and how you can manage it.
