Yes, MOCL Series 4 coming today.
I also plan to upload MOL series 1 and 2 soon.

The following are the GWMR titles with me in various advanced stages of digitization:
Leila, Bronze Virgin, Hogarth, Coral Island, Grace Darling, Steam Packet, Don Juan, Drunkard.

Most of Reynolds works are now available on archive.org or in "Reynolds's Miscellany" digitized for 'British Periodicals' and with a tablet computer I find it easy to read pdf files. For reading alone there is therefore no urgent need of full text digitization. But if one wants to study his complete works it's indispensable.

Are you aware of Prof. Stephen Knight's (www.profstephenknight.com) paper "The Man Who Outsold Dickens" and his project to write a literary biography of Reynolds?

As OCR of the tiny font used for typesetting Reynolds' long novels is not satisfying I prefer to have them typed and then do proofreading.
