Hi,
Over the last few months and over a number of version (i.e. pre 2.0 and up to including v2.1) I have observed the following odd behaviour:

Select edit metadata
"Download metadata" button is present
Select "Custom Metadata" tab
Return to "Basic Metadata" tab
"Download Metadata" has disappeared
The button will reappear when the edit metadata is closed and opened again

I was wondering if I was the only one experiencing this and also what information should I provide if I were to report it as a bug through the bug facilities.
