Well that seems to have settled it.

Used a proxy, pretended to be in the UK; downloaded from the default download page; did not use FDM; and it generated this MD5: 2f430658f0f2fb3321d2fce72a37a35c.

2.1 64-bit installed and is running perfectly.
Holding on to the other 10 or so downloads in case anyone wants them.
