Download.calibre-ebook.com does not have an HTTPS site.

Try using an internet proxy to evade potential ISP caching, or use CTRL+SHIFT+R to force reload the cache (apparently it works with some caching proxies too?).

Something, somewhere, seems to be caching the old version. Either your browser or your computer or your network, and based on your test on your phone, it appears to be the network.
