@eschwartz: Possible, but unlikely. Not too sure my ISP cares about my internet speed.
Also, I changed my DNS server after this issue started hoping to eliminate that as a possible source of the problem.
I'm not sure, but I believe changing my DNS would bypass whatever cache my ISP would have put in place. Feel free to correct me if that's a mistaken assumption.
