Hi,
I have just tried to install the 64bit, 2.1 upgrade over the ver 2.0 on Win 8.1 and the installation starts with 'Change', 'Repair' and 'Remove' buttons. Selecting either of the first two aborts the setup with the message "The specified account already exists". Any ideas what the problem could be?
