I'm not familiar with Parrish, but it looks like I should get that way-- both Edgar and Shamus nominations tells me I've probably missed something.....

I think I only read the first or maybe the first and second. They are good books, a little standardized for the genre (which is not to say they aren't good, but perhaps a little predictable? But then we don't read these types of things to be surprised at the end when the bad guys get away and the main dies or anything like that...)

They're definitely worth a look if you like British procedurals.
