Epub to mobi (Kindle) format?
If I have a good epub, validated by Epubcheck, and it fails the Kindle conversion, what are my alternatives? I know that Calibre can convert from one to the other, but Calibre-generated books sometimes are rejected by Amazon. I will of course give it a try, but what other options do I have?
