Unless an employee brings the knowledge with him/her prior to being employed at any of the chains, you may well be. I worked in the Electronics department at Target for years and the training was non-existent. the only training I received while I was there was a little from the MicroSoft and Nintendo reps on the WII and the latest XBox. Sony didn't bother with the Playstation.
