Der Reader ist einfach nur Schrott!
Nach gerade mal 2 Monaten ist das Display gebrochen und man bekommt nicht mal das Geld zurück!

Diese Anweisungen habe ich befolgt und bekam heute diese Mail:
Unfortunately what we can see on the picture is a broken E Ink screen. And as a psychical damage it is not covered by warranty. You need to apply for payable service of exchanging the screen.
Why do we see that? An E Ink screen is build with small microcapsules that go one next to each (

Any irregularity shows that the screen is broken.
On the outside surface it is not visible as it is secured so that falling asleep while reading would not hurt someone's face. But if you open the device from inside you will see that the screen is broken and breaks correspond with the irregular lines on the screen that you see now.
You can also google out some more broken screens by pasting "broken e-ink screen" into google pictures.

Das ist für mich kein Kundenservice! Zumal der Reader erst 2 Monate alt war! 180€ für nichts und wieder nichts bezahlt! Onyx? NIE WIEDER!!!
