Thank you again Kovid.

It appears to have uninstalled Calibre now. I deleted everything it threw up so what will be will be.

I'm now taking a back up of my Calibre Library folder which has over 5000 books in it before I try an install again. I'm leaving the original library in the same location it is now in the hope it will pick up the location during the install.
