Well if you absolutely cannot uninstall calibre, simply delete C:\Program Files\Calibre2 (or wherever you installed calibre) using windows explorer.
Then download the calibre portable version which has no installer. Inside the portable version you will find a folder named Calibre, inside that folder will be calibre.exe, simply run that and it should work just like a normally installed calibre.
