Phyton Error query

Hi

In an inspired (not) attempt to try and fix my Calibre problem without actually having to do anything to Calibre I tried a Windows 7 System Restore back to the period just after I loaded 1.48

The system restore I worked perfectly except I know have no working Calibre. When trying to open Calibre I get the following error message

Python function terminated unexpectedly
'NoneType' object has no attribute 'load_style' (Error Code 1)

To probably make matters worse I tried just installing 1.48 again and the message above is after that attempt.

Am I now at the stage where a full uninstall and reinstall is necessary?

I'm just trying to get it sorted today as once i'm back at work tomorrow I won't have any time.

Thanks
