The reason I agree with the move to the Stickies area is because I don't like trying to wade through all the individual titles being posted as threads when they could quite readily be posted into the monthly genre threads.
ATDrake's single book posting barrage is a prime example .... 
If everyone decided that the book they found at a cheap or free price was to be given it's own thread then sifting through the stuff that doesn't interest one to find any that do would be a tedium. |
Well, if almost every genre gets a sticky, and single-book postings are discouraged, since they should find a home in one of those stickies, what's left for the nonsticky area? Audiobooks and affiliate-link threads and that's about it. So what's the point of all these extra stickies?
