Checking In.
I didn't buy any books as my laptop mouse stopped working and had to be replaced. So what little book money I did have had to be used for it. I got Amazon Basic 3 optical mouse. It's pretty nice for $7
As you know I had a horrible week with a sick cat and my mother who was badly injured in a fall. The cat sickness which I think I figure out what she got a hold of. Now how do I get rid of it is the question. She started laying on the window sill and I didn't think anything of it but two weeks ago they did a quarterly inspection which includes pest control. This guy a put a dab of what look like toothpaste under the bathroom and kitchen counter top. He called it bait and he wasn't kidding I hadn't seen one bug till he put that stuff there now I am killing one every other day. *shudders* What happen to stuff that repels them not attracts them!!!
My theory is there is some of that stuff on the window sill from pest control before we moved in and she got it on her fur. I gave her a bath and boy she didn't like that but she's hasn't been sick since I gave her a bath, brushed her everyday and wont allow her on the window sill. I need to get that stuff off. Not harmful to pets my FOOT!
I did finally finish Book 5 of the Cats and Bones series last night. So yay! It was another 4 star read for me. I am reading here and there These Old Shades by Georgette Heyer. Had to go back and reread who some of the characters was so I could follow the story. I'll probably start book 6 of the Cat & Bones series sometime this week if everything settles down.
