@Gazza1158 I think c000001d is an illegal instruction. It can be caused by running 64-bit software on a 32-bit system. You can run a 32-bit program on a 64-bit system, but not vice versa.

Control Panel\System and Security\System will tell you of you have 32-bit or 64bit Windows.

Suggest you uninstall calibre (you wont lose anything), re download the appropriate version and reinstall
