1.) About $ 60 more than usual. But I'd prefer a Kindle or Nook, but Kobo would do.

2.) Since I've destroyed 3 of my phones a few years ago by using them for about 2 hours in the steamy bathroom while in the bathtub, I'm careful about gadgets. Most of the times, I only have my MacBook Air on a chair next to the bathtub, but no gadgets directly with me anymore. Additionally, I tend to fall asleep in the bathtub and always worry about dropping some gadget into the water.

3.) As "low profile" as possible. I love the simple looks of Kindle, I don't like the ugly Kobo Aura HD very much.

4.) I love the free 3G in Kindles, but this probably won't happen in any other units. About the rest I don't care. Android OS would be helpful, but I'll go for a "standard" reader as well.
