Hi

I am trying to help a friend, she has had a personal document (a mobi file) emailed to her Kindle app. She does't have an ereader, just the iphone app. She wasn't sent a copy direct to her email address so the only place she has the ebook is in her Kindle app.

I can't work out any way she can retreive that document and transfer it to her pc

She can't download it from Manage Your Kindle
She can't view it via Kindle for PC, or send it to Kindle for PC from Manage Your Kindle.
Its showing on the kindle.Amazon.com page but its not downloadable from there.

She is at her wits end. Other than going back to the sender and asking for it to be emailed to her again, this time to her own email address does anyone know of a way at all to retrieve the document from her Amazon account?
