I am thinking about buying my first ereader (having used android tablets up till now) and found this forum invaluable for its huge range of advice and ideas. Kobo Glo looks the most likely since I am allergic to Amazon, Sony are packing it in and I won't buy a Nook because they require my credit card before I can even start using it (if I have understood the registration procedure correctly).
