Hi,

I think I found an okay compromise code:

strip_chapter_numbers:true
add_chapter_numbers:toconly
chapter_title_add_pattern:Chapter ${index} - ${title}

By using the toconly, the "Chapter 1 - Chapter 1" is only visible in the TOC but on the page it reads as, "Chapter 1" which is okay for my own use.
