I just upgraded calibre to version 2.0 and once again I'm having problems with Collections again. Using the instructions on this forum, I created the myshelves column and everything was going well until the calibre update. I can send books to my Kobo Aura HD with no problems, but the collections info is ignored. I updated my Kobo calibre 2.0 plugins and Kobo utilities, but still can't collections to work. When I plug in my device, the collections column is blank for all the books I've added thru calibre.

Has anyone else upgraded to calibre 2 and have this same problem? Does anyone know of any fixes? I'm very nearly at the end of my patience with the collection feature and will just quit using any further Kobo products.
