According to the Amazon help pages whispersync is supposed to back up highlights among other things. Even of Personal documents, according to this page

We are then supposed to be able to view them on this page

It doesn't work for me for personal documents. Does anyone know if it does or is the help page at Amazon incorrect.
As usual I can't get any answer from Amazon.
This is my second, should work but it doesn't issue with them I'm bring to think the techies can't keep the program's running properly anymore
