I would be willing to pay up to $150

So if you have to stand outside in the rain you can still read and for the bath tub

Don't much care about color. Just make sure there is a cover available that is reasonably priced
4) Last question, What features should be available!
I like what I have on my Aura HD the light expandable memory.
