Are you ready to buy now? Or are you willing to wait for an unannouced device to be announced and released? It is unlikely any new Kobo device will be available until sometime in October.

As to the possibility of the Kobo Aura H2O using a stylus, I am sure that it will be completely usable with a finger. I think it will still be an ereader rather than an e-ink tablet. And I think it will use the same firmware as the current Kobo e-ink ereaders.
