Is it still the case that Kobo sells more eInk readers than Amazon in Canada? If so, Kobo should have some ability to hang on even if Amazon.ca starts adapting loss-leader pricing. It may depend on the extent to which Amazon.ca is willing to lose money on eBook bestsellers to put competitors out of business and/or drive purchasing of their general merchandise.
At some point, you might want to start another thread on the Canadian Competition Bureau rulings.
