What you want is rather easy to get. In the epub I attach you can see THREE methods that work under ADE 3.0:

1. A method based on the property "padding".
2. A method based on the properties "display: table" and "display: table-cell".
3. A method based on the property "line-height" (the easy method if you want to center only one line).
