Yes. Furthermore it is open source so people can look at it to see whether it is being slimy. I have looked at the source, but I haven't gone to the point of building my own executable.
On Windows 7 and 8.1, KeePass's autopaste with everything I have tried it with, including Chrome, Firefox, Thunderbird, Quicken and SSH Terminal. On Android it puts "copy username" and "copy password" buttons into the notification bar, permitting you to paste this information into apps. I sync the encrypted password file through dropbox. You can set it up to self-lock (require its password) after a time period, after a device sleep, or every time you minimize it. It can also autoclear the clipboard after N seconds.
