Restore Database?

I had a power outage in the middle of doing a large import the other night. So I ran Check Library and I have roughly 3k books listed as Extra Titles. They all had ID numbers and the random ones I looked at have a metadata.opf file.

I'm assuming my best option is to run Restore Database? I wanted to make sure before I run it because my library is currently sitting at 30 books shy of 57,000. I'm guessing it's going to take a looong time to run a restore database.
