i use lastpass, which i think is similar ( on PC ), for chrome; and roboform for IE. I should really consolidate them but it's a lot of hassle for little reward...

but if I'm using a tablet, late & night, & have forgotten the credentials for some site or other, it's handy to have an accessible clue in dropbox, rather that have to turn the main PC on to find the answer, just so that i can teach the login to the tablet browser....

I also use dropbox as a regular backup for all of my Outlook2007 stuff - calendar, contacs, meessages, email account setup details...in case the PC ever dies on me
