bikerabhinav: You can reuse the existing SD card, but you have to open the device. As I said in the PM, you an only see part of the card when connected to a PC. The image supplied is for the complete card. It has to be removed from the device and mounted in a PC to allow writing the image. Whether you use this card or a new one, shouldn't matter.
