@portersprings - The EPubMerge PI will do the job, but I it will require you to install and get to grips with the calibre GUI which may be overkill for you.

AFAIK Abbyy don't offer any authoring tools, so what did you feed into Abbyy to get it to produce the chapter EPUBs. It maybe better to merge those files rather than the EPub files created by Abbyy.
