In the dropdown under Preferences, "Restart in debug mode".
Shortcut key is CTRL+SHIFT+R.
(Note to self: Option not there when you are already IN debug mode, no wonder I couldn't find it at first.

(Yes, I scripted it to always start in debug mode.
I had to hardcode the non-debug version into a command-line prompt so I could check the option.
