Hi there, Does anyone else have problems in getting information from, E-ReaderStore, Germany ? They have my Onyx reader for inspection and repair under EU Warranty, as instructed by them, but now All is silent after many emails. I need my reader !!! If anyone can help, please I need information from them, Many thanks.
