Should be possible.

It will be a tiny bit more dangerous than on V3 - it is nearly impossible to corrupt reflasher on V3, because it is in NOR flash, which is not accessed by the firmware in any way, while Sony has the second Linux (for reflashing) in the same NAND flash, so serious bug may result in bricking which can be fixed only by adding a serial console. Anyway, useful variant to implement.
