I'd have to disagree with much of what's been said regarding the quality of reading PDFs on an eink reader. I've been doing it for years and prefer that to reading on a tablet of any size. All of the Pocketbook readers are good at reading PDfs and can read chm files. The Pro 912 in particular is good for that. I have one but have stopped using it because it was not portable enough, not because it didn't work well. The Galaxy Note 8 and Nook HD+ weren't as portable as I prefer. Now I read PDFs on a Kobo Aura HD running Koreader. Most of the PDFs I read are programming books and don't have diagrams, etc. Just sample code. If I had a lot of diagrams and illustrations I would read on the PB Pro 012.
